For courses completed prior to 5 p.m., EST, credit hours earned are reported within the same day as course completion. Courses completed after 5 p.m., EST, credit hours are generally reported the following business day, reflecting the day prior as the course completion date. Again, credit hours reported the following day will reflect the prior day as the course completion date.
After submission of your earned CE Credits, BetterCE will send you a notification that credit hours have been reported, along with a link to your State Insurance Department where you can verify that credits have been reported.
