Data and Cyber Concerns for Agents

OBJECTIVES:

Technology and access to the Internet has greatly enhanced the insurance agent’s ability to transact business. However, cyber risks and exposures must be addressed to keep personal information safe and secure. This 2-hour webinar describes the types of information that must be protected, along with the requirements and challenges of doing so. It also provides numerous resources to help insurance agents determine their statutory obligations, as well as common sense and good faith practices.
